$50 and over= FREE SHIPPING
$50 and under= $5 flat shipping
We ship 1-2 business days after payment is received. Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
Due to billing restrictions, we cannot ship to multiple addresses per order.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We offer FREE SHIPPING in the continental United States on all orders over $50.
Orders under $50 will be charged a flat $5 fee.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. All United States domestic orders are shipped via USPS ground shipping or UPS.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING:
We do offer expedited shipping: 2-3 Day Priority and 1 Day Express Shipping, and we do our best to accommodate these requests. For support and inquiries about special shipping requests, please email: support@mrshortie.com.
INTERNATIONAL: The price of our International orders will be calculated according to your location. Buyer is responsible for any customs or duties fees that may apply.
RETURN POLICY:
What is your return/exchange policy?
We want you to be completely pumped with your new gear, and we will gladly accept returns within 30 days after delivery.
Please return merchandise with all original tags and packaging, unwashed and unused. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please see "How do I return an item?" below for specific instructions.
Unfortunately we are unable to provide online exchanges. If you wish to make an exchange, we ask that you return the original item for a refund and purchase the desired item through the website as a separate transaction.
How do I return an item?
All returns must be approved and authorized by Mr. ShorTie. Please send your return request to support@mrshortie.com with your order number and the specific items you would like to return. Upon receipt of a confirmation email, pack the merchandise in the original package, if possible, and send it pre-paid and insured to:

We will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery, so please be sure to use an insured shipping method.
When your return is received, we will credit the same credit card / PayPal account with which the original purchase was made. We will process your return immediately but the time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank and/or credit card company.

What payment methods do you accept?
Mr. ShorTie accepts most major credit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and more); as well as PayPal
Do you charge sales tax?
Since we ship everything from our Southwest office, sales tax will only be charged on items shipped to the state of New Mexico; and the tax rate will be determined by the county or city within New Mexico to which your order is being shipped.
Why does my ShorTie/ Bow Tie/ Pocket Square look different than the photo on the website?
We strive to make each tie as different as possible. The fabrics we use are cut so that each tie has it's own personality. Therefore, it is common to have the ShortTie, Bow Tie, or Pocket Square that you get, look slightly different from the photo on our website.
What if the item I want is sold out?
Fortunately, we make our gear in limited edition quantities, so you are guaranteed to be rocking something original and unique. Unfortunately, because we only have limited quantities, once a piece is out of stock, we don't restock it. We do bring back similar fabrics, so If the item you want is sold out, please write to us at support@mrshortie.com and tell us the product you're interested in. If we find a similar style, we will let you know, or we might be able to help you find the same item through another retailer. We will do all we can to accommodate your request.
Do you ship to military service members stationed overseas?
Yes. We ship to both FPO and APO addresses via the US Postal Service. Please use our standard domestic checkout process and enter your FPO or APO address as you would with a normal US domestic address and choose the standard Ground shipping option. Where do you ship from?
All orders are processed and shipped from our Southwest office/warehouse in Albuquerque, NM.

How do I use a coupon or discount code?
Coupons, discount codes, and gift card numbers can be entered in the "Gift card or discount code" field on the right side of the checkout page. Please note that only one coupon or discount code can be used per order. So if you have a $25 coupon as well as a 15% promotional discount code, you will have to choose which one you want to use on your order.
